Ginny Kreitler

Kreitler, Ginny

Ginny Kreitler works for the Policy Office of National Audubon Society. In this capacity she works on energy and climate policy issues and currently is working with Audubon staff on strategic habitat conservation planning. The scope of her portfolio is both national and regional, addressing clean energy policy at the federal level and habitat impacts avoidance in the eastern U.S. Ginny has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies and a Masters in Energy Policy, both from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Audubon, she ran her own consulting practice, working on conservation issues for non-profits, electric utilities, and municipalities. She now works on strategic conservation issues affecting wildlife communities, with an emphasis on threats from energy sector development.
