Santa Catalina Volunteer Patrol

The Santa Catalina Volunteer Patrol is an organization that works in association with the U.S. Forest Service in the Santa Catalina Ranger District within the Coronado National Forest. Our primary focus is the Sabino Canyon Recreation Area, the Santa Catalina Trails (Pusch Ridge) and nearby Mt. Lemmon, all of which receive over 1 million visitors each year from around the world.

Today, The Nature Conservancy and the Cornell Lab of Ornithology launched Habitat Network, a free online citizen-science platform that invites people to map their outdoor space, share it with others, and learn more about supporting wildlife habitat and other natural functions in cities and towns across the country.
